Clemente Diana, Ivo De Jesus and John Challita began their first development on the Sunshine Coast in 2015. After a 6 year period of successful projects, Exelero Property Development was rebranded with the addition of two key new partners in 2021. Joining Clemente, Ivo De Jesus and John as directors is Damian Sexton and Danyal Dous.
This dynamic new team offers decades of experience in their chosen fields and a lifetime of personal links between each other creating a bond that will continue to propel Exelero Property Development for many decades to come.
Having completed multiple townhouse developments on the Sunshine Coast since 2015 Exelero Property Development has the experience and local property knowledge. Our driven team continue to secure coastal projects located from Northern New South Wales right through to Hervey Bay Queensland.

Clemente began investing in property in 1996 and has over 21 years of financial services experience. He has worked in multinationals and became self-employed in 2004 when he opened his financial planning practice. For over 14 years Clemente operated his own business, this was instrumental and building experience and developing critical thinking skills necessary to advance his career in property development and wholesale investment.
After multiple property developments, Clemente’s passion for adding value to the property industry, and the community is what drives his ambition to deliver meaningful developments that consider social impacts and where possible, improved social outcomes via design and financial programmes.
Clemente holds a Responsible Manager position in a Wealth Management business and a Chief Investment Officer’s role in the Exelero Capital wholesale property trust.
John Challita

John is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a high focus on real estate, property and construction. John sits on the board of multiple property development companies and has experience in property going back to 2002.
John has accomplished many successes in his personal property portfolio. The bottom profit line is John’s focus.
Ivo De Jesus

Ivo has spent the last 19 years building a successful mortgage broking business from the ground up. He has built a loyal client base and is constantly seeking ways for his clientele to save on the costs of lending.
Personally, he has walked the walk for the best part of a decade building a personal property and development portfolio and shares his insights openly.
Ivo’s keen focus on improving lending outcomes through his banking connections is vital for our future success.
Damian Sexton

Damian began his real estate career in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience as a real estate salesman and director of his 3 Real Estate Offices. He has extensive experience in selling land subdivisions, unit projects, development sites, residential homes and large rural holdings. His personal developments range from land sub-divisions to home constructions and commercial ventures.
Damian's experience in identifying buyer needs and market trends is invaluable.
Danyal Dous

Danyal is an innovation & technology transformation professional with more than 15 years experience of building, managing and delivering large scale industry-specific enterprise and consumer information systems using cutting edge technology & digital platforms.
Danyal's core business areas of expertise lie in his ability to influence change within organisations by managing and leading large transformations to technology and people encompassing integrating highly technical teams, process redesign and strategy development aligned towards developing architecture, tools and processes that support strategic growth, which makes him Exelero's key for organisational success and the perfect General Manager.
Danyal maintains his own investment portfolio predominantly in residential properties across the Sydney metropolitan areas.
